Returns and Refund Policy
At Stitchedoodle, I strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if something goes wrong or you need to make a return, please review the following policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Refund Policy
I offer refunds/returns under these terms:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me at stitchedoodle@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days upon agreement. Once received your refund of ticket value plus postage costs will be processed within 14 days.
- Missing Items: If anything is missing from your order please contact me at stitchedoodle@gmail.com as soon as possible so that I may rectify this for you.
- Change of mind: Please contact me in the first instance. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be in its original condition and packaging with all labels, etc attached. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exceptions
Non refundable items
- Sweatshirts and Hoodies: As our apparel is made-to-order via print-on-demand, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or has a printing error. Please refer closely to all measurements listed in each item.
- Digital Items: Digital items are non-refundable. If you find an issue within any of the downloads, please do not hesitate to contact me.
- Cancellations: Orders are dispatched daily so cancellation may not be available.
